Here at PLOOPY'S PICKS, we are committed to providing FREE shipping to all our customers. We ship to 40+ countries and shipping times range from 6 - 15 days

Please allow an additional 5-7 days for warehouse processing

Shipping address limitations

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.
  • P.O. Box address is only supported for United States with standard shipping.
  • Shipping may take up to 15 days for certain locations such as India and UAE

Failed Delivery Situation

  • We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, failure to collect parcel, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
  • If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us immediately with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out.

Taxes, VAT & Customs

  • For international orders, VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • For certain EU orders, VAT may be collected at checkout under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. If VAT is not collected at checkout, it may be charged upon delivery.
  • Any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the customer. PLOOPY'S PICKS will not be responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs clearance.
