Returns policy timeframe
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange
Eligible items
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Final sale items are non-refundable.
- You will also need the order number or proof of purchase.
How to request a refund
- To start a refund request, please visit the "Refund Form" page and fill out all fields.
- We will notify you once we have received and inspected your refund request, and we will let you know whether the refund request was approved or denied.
- If your refund request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- We will notify you once we have received the returned products. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 19 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the "Contact Us" page.
- For all refunds, customers will be charged for bank fees unless specified otherwise
